Responsibilities
  • Assist senior CLO team members with CLO issuance activities (for US and EU platforms)
  • Participate in negotiations with transaction counterparties
  • Analyze existing CLOs for potential capital market events
  • Assist communication with rating agencies on modeling and transaction execution
  • Support Product teams with CLO investor management and other client deliverables, including DDQs, RFPs, manager commentaries, etc., in a timely manner
