Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Economics / Organization/ Management Engineering
  • At least 3 years for the Senior Consultant and 5 years for the Manager of professional experience in consulting firms with a focus on workforce and organization transformation, organizational development, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to support the design, implement and coordinate development projects
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel, Power BI) and knowledge of statistical tools
  • Italian and English proficiency
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Clients and conduct comprehensive assessments of their current workforce and organizational structures, processes, and practices
  • Analyze data and develop insights to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, developing expertise in the transformation area: organization design, process re-engineering, analytics and technology trends
  • Design and implement tailored solutions that align with clients' strategic goals and address their specific workforce and organizational needs
  • Contribute to large complex client projects sale and execute project delivery in line with strategic direction from the project manager
  • Facilitate client meetings (e.g. workshops, focus groups, and other collaborative sessions) and act as a trusted advisor to clients (in presence or in remote)
  • Learn and adapt Mercer standard tools and methodologies and work closely with other Mercer practices in the HR consulting space
  • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and other deliverables to effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in workforce and organization transformation, and share knowledge and insights with clients and colleagues
