  • The Head of Service Northern Europe is an outstanding leader charged with inspiring, developing and empowering the Technical Account Management team for the following countries: UK, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will ensure the lead and follow-up of all strategic technical projects for our prospects and customers in the area. The HoS Northern Europe role will work with Equativ's leadership (Managing Director Northern Europe, and HoS EMEA) to establish the goals, drive the direction, and oversee the day-to-day activity of technical account management teams in its geographical areas
  • Oversee the Technical Account management team - mentor and coach careers paths, manage ongoing performance business unit goals
  • Point of escalation for local operations team regarding major client issues, troubleshoot and recommend actions/changes to the team
  • You will be involved in the main strategic RFPs in your region to lead, coach and validate technical answers
  • Ensure that client expectations are defined along with a plan of execution towards maximum LTV
  • Work closely with Sales, Product and Engineering to ensure that products and services meet the evolving needs of current and future clients and to drive new processes and tools to accommodate evolving client and business needs
  • Bring technical expertise and consultative selling during sales meetings with prospects and elaborate on the benefits of the Smart platform versus competitors. Conduct product presentations autonomously and with impact. Maintain and grow the relationships with a portfolio of strategic accounts, with a technical focus. Make clients aware of new features (tech upsell) and cross sell opportunities through a constant competitive watch
  • Maintain a high degree of discretion, prioritization, and project management skills, as well as the ability to influence and reach an amicable and successful solutions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Report on the activity of the technical account management teams with comprehensive and advanced dashboards
  • Monitor client satisfaction at every step of their journey with Equativ technology
  • Drive your team to achieve performance metrics and goals
  • Identify competitive trends and develop Equativ value propositions. Become a product and domain expert and turn into an active participant in industry forums and instances
