Responsibilities
  • Designs and defines system architecture for Compunetix Mission Voice Platform (MVP). To include cross site NETS and IP Spans
  • Participate in launch ICE and dress rehearsals.
  • Provision instruments, support call scheduling, end-point troubleshooting, real-time launch console support, and end-user training
  • Tier 3 Network support of Cisco and Juniper equipment in support of Mission Critical Voice CAN/LAN/WAN
  • Develop and document Mission Critical Voice SOPs for engineers and Knowledge Base articles for end-users
  • Work with industry providers from other Government agencies and commercial providers to ensure seamless call performance
  • Reviews completion and implementation of system additions and/or enhancements and makes recommendations to management and/or clients
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with PBX is desired
  • Experience building/managing servers in the AWS (Amazon Web Services) environment is desired
  • Experience with managing work tasks via tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow
  • System configuration based on security guidelines such as DISA STIGs
  • CompTIA Security+ or similar for IAT Level II DoD 8570 certification
