Responsibilities
  • Conducting User Research: Gathering insights from users through interviews, surveys, and observations to understand their needs and pain points when using our products.
  • Reporting and Escalation: Identify potential risks and issues during development and promptly report them to the appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Pre-Launched Model: Construct initial versions of the product to simulate its functionality and assess its feasibility before full-scale production begins.
  • Testing and Iteration: Conducting usability tests with actual users to identify any issues or areas for improvement within the designed interface.
  • Implementing Improvements: Working closely with developers to implement changes based on user feedback and ensure seamless integration of the updated UI/UX into the final product.

SynSense secures billions in funding
