- Extensive experience of People Team Leadership in complex global multi-cultural environments
- Experience working internationally with Europe, India and Asia essential
- Extensive experience of M&A activity across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience of business restructuring and organization design in the context of business transformation
- As an active member of the International Management Committee you will work with the team setting priorities and delivering against the corporate strategic objectives to drive growth across the international business
- As leader of the International People Team you will ensure you have the right talent and resources to support the success and commitments of the international business
- Collaboration with our Global Centres of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development) and Global Business Partners to implement people initiatives across international
- Full responsibility and accountability for local workforce planning, payroll, succession planning, employee relations and leadership development
- Tracking of objectives against metrics and presenting a Quarterly Business Review
- Leading the organisation design process, planning and integration of recent strategic acquisitions across multiple countries
- Driving operational consistency across international people team through the local People Service Centres
- Oversight of the International Site Leaders driving programmes to sustain and build our sense of culture and community in the locations to help create a sense of pride and accountability across the team
