Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Army operations.
  • An associate degree or higher, or two additional years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree.
  • Familiarity with United States Army manned and unmanned A-ISR sensors, systems, and programs.
  • Knowledge of Army Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination operations and basic knowledge of the capabilities of other collection platforms.
  • Ability and willingness to occasionally travel in support of Brigade requirements.
  • Willingness to work any shift.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance and willingness to submit to a CI polygraph.
  • Ability to meet the stated physical requirements, including extended sitting or standing, computer-based typing and reading, mobility involving bending, reaching, and kneeling, and lifting up to 30 pounds as necessary.
Responsibilities
  • Provide advisory subject matter expertise to Brigade and subordinate Battalion command teams on current and future operations.
  • Provide technical expertise for the employment, utilization, analysis, and processing of intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance systems and subsystems, including collection requirements and exploitation management.
  • Advise on intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance technology improvements, policy changes, and implementation of new or emerging systems and procedures.
  • Develop, coordinate, prepare, and review Brigade future orders and planning documents, including operational, functional, and contingency plans.
  • Advise, develop, and tailor Brigade and Battalion responses to mitigate impacts.
  • Support future-operations exercise coordination and preparation, monitor higher-staff counterpart communications, and liaise with the Brigade Training Office.
  • Design and implement training plans, guidelines, and readiness reports.
  • Manage training resources, school allocations, and course enrollment using systems such as the Army Training Requirements and Resources System.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the Total Army Combat and Training Munitions Information System and Range Facility Management Support System.
  • Represent the Brigade in meetings, video teleconferences, working groups, forums, and technical exchanges related to mission tasking, existing technology, or emerging capabilities supporting processing, exploitation, and dissemination.
  • Prepare briefings, white papers, executive summaries, and other presentations for Brigade requirements or as directed by Brigade S-3 staff.
  • Collaborate with intelligence analysts, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to support Brigade objectives.
  • Support continuity of mission support for supported units, including surge operations.
  • Represent the Brigade as regional planner and coordinator for external engagements supporting Theater A-ISR requirements.
  • Support establishment of network and logistical architectures before unit deployments.
  • Coordinate with the Government to obtain training resources, including classroom space, multimedia, and student training aids, for training events.
  • Ensure training conforms to current approved tactics, techniques, and procedures as appropriate.
  • Draft Serious Incident Reports in accordance with Commander Critical Information Requirements for distribution to INSCOM Commanding General and support staff.
