Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience with a broad range of exposure to systems analysis, application development, database design and administration or 9 years of experience with a broad range of exposure to systems analysis, application development, database design and administration
  • Experience with and understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance concepts and processes (e.g. policies, audits, controls metrics)

  • Experience with audit and compliance controls. This could include previous IT auditing experience and / or technical controls implementation, as well as the ability to respond appropriately to audit and assessment findings.

  • May lead functional teams or projects.
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field.
  • Experience with Audit and Compliance controls
  • Experience (2 years) with Business Resiliency & Continuity planning which includes, Business Impact Assessments, Business Continuity Plan development, BC Exercise Planning and Event Management
  • Policy development and review

  • Proficient with BlueChip, BlueSTAR and BlueSquaredWorking knowledge of SQL and relational databases; SQL, Python, R coding a plus
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the planning, design, enforcement of Enterprise Business Resiliency, including Crisis Management and Business Continuity Planning and event management.
  • Requires strong Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) policies, standards and procedures which safeguard the integrity of enterprise systems, files and data elements.
  • Maintaining knowledge of changing technologies, and providing recommendations for adaptation of new processes or policies.
  • Collaborating with and feeds operational risk information into the Enterprise Risk Management program.
  • Provides operational oversight of the shared services practices for Business Resiliency as well as policy/audits/controls/metrics by ensuring quality content, identifying issues and opportunities for improvement to Leadership/Management.
