As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will be joining our team in delivering quality care in a long-term care environment. As an RN, you will assist in managing the day-to-day nursing functions to ensure our residents receive exceptional care in compliance with current regulations, guidelines, and professional standards. Responsibilities include developing and updating care plans, ensuring proper documentation of resident care, supervising nursing personnel, and maintaining a safe and sanitary environment. You will also assist in coordinating nursing services with other departments to ensure continuity of care, monitor medication passes and treatment schedules, and provide direct nursing care as needed. The role requires participation in quality assurance programs, in-service training, and infection control initiatives, as well as fostering a positive, supportive team environment. You will regularly interact with residents, families, and other medical professionals to provide compassionate, person-centered care and address any changes in residents’ conditions promptly.
Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited institution
- An active and unencumbered RN license in this state, and CPR certification.
- Experience in long-term care and familiarity with electronic medical records, such as PCC, is preferred.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with a commitment to maintaining high standards of care.

Work Environment
This role involves standing, walking, and occasional lifting. You may be exposed to infectious diseases, bodily fluids, and hazardous materials, so strict adherence to safety protocols is required.
