Responsibilities
  • Hire and manage high-performing teams of Sales Executives
  • Grow the team as we scale
  • Create and execute sales strategies for LATAM countries
  • Prospect, identify, qualify and a develop sales pipeline
  • Close business contracts to exceed monthly, quarterly, and booking goals
  • Partner with the product team to provide feedback on trends and identify opportunities to provide greater value to customers
  • Partner with the marketing team to execute prospecting strategies
  • Maintain excellent relationships with all potential and existing clients through solid account management and implementation skills to enlarge and renew sales deals
  • Submit accurate sales reports and forecasts (daily, weekly, monthly) and complete clients' information in the CRM
