- Strategic Sourcing: Analyze spending patterns to consolidate purchases, leveraging volume discounts for enhanced cost efficiency
- Vendor and Contract Management: Manage supplier relationships and contracts, ensuring terms are met and optimizing for best outcomes
- Negotiation and Cost Optimization: Proactively negotiate with suppliers for advantageous pricing, terms, and the establishment of master agreements to maximize cost-effectiveness. This includes negotiating for equipment and other significant expenditures ahead of time, focusing on payment terms, price, and sourcing from multiple suppliers to ensure competitive advantage
