- Associates degree, BS degree or equivalent in hard disk drive engineering or related
- MUST HAVE Hard Disk Drive Engineering Testing Experience
- Ability to deliver deadlines and commitments
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
- Experience in material analysis, instrument testors for Hard Disk Drives/Media
- Computer skills to use Excel, PPT, Word to summary data and generate test reports
- Organization skills and resource management
- Problem-solving skills, solutions oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
- Use, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced tribology hard disk drive testers
- Use various analytical equipment to investigate tested heads and media (hard disk drive)
- Summarize test data and provide test observations to the team
- Work with test engineers to evaluate HDD interface reliability
- Participate in significant technical investigation
