Requirements
  • An Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • At least 2 years of office-setting experience requiring attention to detail and organization is required.
  • Warranty and/or claims experience is required.
  • Strong data-entry experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, OneDrive, Teams, and Internet Explorer or Chrome is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry are required.
  • Deductive reasoning skills are required.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with all warranty department functions as needed, including daily service invoicing, online warranty-claim submission, routing service requests to the appropriate service branch, and administrative support.
  • Review and edit warranty service calls for accuracy and conformity to manufacturer guidelines before invoicing.
  • Submit warranty claims through manufacturer-specific claim portals accurately and promptly.
  • Review incoming department emails and forward them to the appropriate service branch.
  • Review statements for assigned warranty accounts to confirm claims are being processed.
  • Resolve and resubmit claims returned for more information or rejected.
  • Compile, copy, sort, file, and record information as required.
  • Perform other duties as required.
