Requirements
  • Proven experience building and deploying large scale financing mechanisms, such as community renewable energy and/or carbon financing.
  • Proven experience crafting and executing on a GTM plan at an early stage startup through scale and negotiating large, multi-year contracts.
  • Demonstrated success developing customers and establishing a process for evaluating, prioritizing and staging customer pipeline.
  • Experience managing people with a proven ability to be immersed in details and, at the same time, work on the bigger picture.
  • A process mindset with high attention to detail combined with the ability to quickly pivot as initial assumptions are tested, new information is received and new opportunities are identified.
Responsibilities
  • Create and own the go-to-market plan. Develop, maintain, and execute on a robust customer acquisition strategy.
  • Build and execute financing strategies to deploy at scale, ranging from sales to investment to new carbon economies and debt instruments.
  • Develop, implement and execute on sales and revenue projections.
  • Work cross functionally with our Head of Engineering to integrate customer needs with product capabilities to validate product market fit.
  • Develop relationships with ecosystem partners to scale Thalo’s business while advocating for climate mitigation technologies.
