  • 8+ years of experience in Android app development
  • 1+ year of tech leadership experience
Responsibilities
  • Act as a tech lead for the mobile efforts, working in conjunction with 4-6 other mobile developers.
  • Own dev platform’s component and integration within the larger Reddit-wide Android codebase.
  • Contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, test, experimentation, analysis, and launch. You’ll be reviewing and writing both code and tech docs.
  • Continuously learn and improve your technical and non-technical abilities.
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Javascript bridge layers like JavascriptEngine or Hermes
  • BS degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
