Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field from an accredited four-year college, active progress toward a four-year degree, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily event operations for all tailgating events and event rental operations.
  • Mentor team members, set performance objectives, and oversee operations, assets, events, and asset management.
  • Lead and manage people, ensure operations run smoothly, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Oversee revenue-related activities for tailgates and event rentals, including goal setting, forecasting, and developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Participate in revenue generation through outbound sales, inbound sales, in-person meetings, and community development initiatives.
  • Own and grow relationships with university partners across multiple departments.
  • Craft, implement, and oversee guest communication plans for tailgate and event rental clients.
  • Develop a team culture focused on poise, accountability, detail, and hospitality.
  • Maintain familiarity with financial records and key performance metrics to provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable for properties and operations, including tracking and reporting.
  • Own pricing and discounts as approved by the Regional Vice President.
  • Supervise and develop team members by providing consistent feedback tied to key performance metrics and company expectations; oversee recruiting and assist with training when needed.
  • Support company-wide initiatives and encourage adoption of initiatives, processes, and policies.
  • Conduct strategic planning and trend forecasting; ensure compliance with company-wide initiatives and process improvements.
  • Manage and improve systems, including quality control, maintenance, inventory, and process management.
  • Manage event layout and design assistance, oversee event operations, and manage relationships with key vendors, including rental, food, and beverage partners.
  • Oversee facility management, including warehouse organization and cleanliness, office organization, general facility maintenance, and cleaning, landscaping, and pest-control services.
  • Oversee Operations personnel in fleet management, including cleanliness, maintenance, safety training, security-policy compliance, inventory maintenance, asset counts, and repair schedules.
  • Oversee budgets for expense line items, including hourly labor, game-day expenses, and office expenditures.
  • Represent REVELXP publicly with customers, university administration, and athletic departments.
  • Manage relationships with existing partners and key event-rental clients.
  • Attend community functions with executive management.
