- 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams developing consumer-facing applications.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including significant front-end and full-stack development expertises.

- Experience with at least one popular JavaScript framework such as Angular, React, Backbone, Ember, Vue, Svelte.

- Strong understanding of UX and UI design principle.
- Familiarity with the complete web stack, including protocols and web performance optimization techniques.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- Lead and coach a high-performing engineering team of 8 people dedicated on developing tools for our cross functional partners to optimize and scale our Advertising business.
- Collaborate with sales operations, business operations, UX designers, product managers, data scientists, and other partners to align engineering efforts with business objectives and product specifications.
- Define a strategic roadmap and carry out the technical vision for product and engineering activities while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with team members, especially senior leadership, to keep them informed about project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive and inventive team culture that values continuous learning and progress.
- Ensure exceptional quality standard for delivery, while adhering to industry standards, security processes, and privacy requirements.
- Experience working in cloud based environment is a plus.
- Understanding of testing strategies, frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in advertising technology is a plus.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
