Farsight, PitchBook integrate to accelerate AI-powered financial workflows. Farsight Integrates with PitchBook to Accelerate AI-Powered Financial Workflows New York, NY - August 11, 2026 - Farsight, the leading platform for AI-driven financial workflow automation, today announced a significant expansion of its partnership with PitchBook, the leading private capital market intelligence platform. Building on the integration announced in September 2025, Farsight has deepened its PitchBook integration to bring Premium-level private capital data directly into the Farsight web application. Farsight customers can now access PitchBook's private capital data from within their Farsight workflow, including full deal information, investor and buyer information, and valuations and multiples. This data is available directly within the Farsight web application, alongside existing sources such as S&P Capital IQ and SEC filings, giving deal teams a more complete picture without switching platforms. Premium PitchBook data is available to existing PitchBook customers, who can connect their account via single sign-on to access the dataset from within Farsight. "The integration with PitchBook strengthens Farsight's ability to deliver on what deal teams need most, reliable data flowing directly into production-ready materials," said Samir Dutta, Co-Founder and CEO of Farsight. "When making decisions in private markets, the foundation is data you can trust, delivered where and when it's needed," said Tom Van Buskirk, Executive Vice President of Technology and Engineering at PitchBook. "This expanded integration with Farsight does exactly that - bringing PitchBook's depth directly into deal team workflows. That's how trusted data powers teams to move with confidence." The expanded integration supports financial professionals across investment banking, private equity, venture capital, and corporate development - enabling workflows such as building comparable company analyses, screening investment targets, enriching CRM data, and preparing investment committee materials, all from within a single platform. About Farsight Farsight is the system of judgment for financial services: an AI platform that captures markups and nuanced calls your bankers make and compounds that judgment into decision intelligence and client-ready deliverables across the deal lifecycle. From partner-level intelligence to pitch decks, CIMs, IC memos and models, Farsight helps teams ship faster and at higher quality without leaving email, PowerPoint, Excel, or Word. The company is headquartered in New York City and is trusted by leading firms across investment banking, private equity, and corporate development. Introducing Metal's Partnership with PitchBook.

Introducing Metal's Partnership with PitchBook. Taylor lowe. Metal Technologies, Inc. is thrilled to announce that PitchBook, the leading source of private capital market data, is now integrated with Metal. PitchBook's private company, deal, and fund data is ready for your deal teams to put to work across the Metal platform and inside the AI tools your firm already uses through Metal MCP. The data lands in your firm's context layer. The better the market data, the more it's worth pairing with your firm's own context, and that context is what Metal provides. Metal sits underneath the AI tools your team already uses and gives them everything your firm knows. It works by taking your scattered deals, documents, and decisions and organizing them into one connected map: every company, every figure, and the judgment behind them, what your firm concluded and why. Metal Technologies, Inc. call that map a context graph. When PitchBook data flows into your firm's context graph, an external comp stops being a standalone number. It sits next to the deals your firm actually ran, the targets you passed on, and the theses you wrote. A PitchBook valuation becomes a valuation in context: here is what the market says, and here is what your firm decided the last five times it saw something like this. How it shows up across the lifecycle. Because PitchBook data is structured into the graph, it compounds through every stage rather than living in a single lookup. * In sourcing, market maps and target lists are grounded in PitchBook's coverage and ranked against your firm's own scoring and edge. * In screening, comps and round histories arrive already connected to the comparable deals in your own history. * In diligence, benchmarking reads from PitchBook and from what your firm has seen before, so the question shifts from what the market shows to whether this fits your thesis. Market truth plus firm judgment is conviction. External market data tells you what is true across the market. Your firm's structured history tells you what that means for you. Conviction lives where the two meet, and that is exactly the layer Metal occupies. This is the start of a deeper relationship with PitchBook. Every deal you run makes the next one sharper, and now the market's deepest private market dataset compounds alongside your own.
