Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Networking & IT Security, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales engineering role supporting SaaS products. Proven experience in channel/technology sales, technical support, or relevant work experience.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software solutions, and technical support processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts with customers and partners at all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial and positive attitude with a strong desire to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with APIs, Python, Javascript, etc., and other coding languages is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the strategy for the Sales Engineering department in EMEA.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs, provide technical expertise during sales process, and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Conduct product demos and proof of concepts (POCs), manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, and sell to enterprise executives.
  • Work with channel partners to enhance their technical capabilities and drive joint sales efforts. Develop strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful product implementation.
  • Become the trusted technical advisor for key decision-makers, including CTOs, CISOs, and as the primary technical point of contact for international customers.
  • Conduct technical assessments, create proposals, and develop customized solutions that address customer needs and align with Rhombus’ offerings.
  • Oversee the implementation of solutions and provide ongoing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and continuous improvement of Rhombus products and services.
  • Work with clients and Rhombus Engineering to resolve product issues and provide regular issue and trend reporting.
