Define the long-term strategy and vision for our SaaS platform, leveraging existing and new technologies to deliver features to our customers
Plan and prioritize the product areas and give overall direction on features and requirements from conceptual stages through product life cycles to meet operational, financial, and organizational objectives.
Analyze customer feedback and usage metrics to identify key pain points
Think big and continuously pitch new product ideas to grow product and core platform usage.
Drive requirement definition, customer experience design, product roadmap and prioritization.
Manage resource planning and product priority. Manage team efforts in deliverables, overseeing initiation, prioritization, and cutting projects or features in partnership with Engineering teams.
Identify and resolve issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and/or technical goals
Manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.
Work with Redwood Partners to understand partner and their customer needs and influence adoption of your product line(s) by understanding challenges and identifying opportunities.
Provide both inspiration and organizational leadership to various cross-functional teams in delivering high quality experiences to the users.
Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand and improve product capabilities
Influence strategy and oversee multiple cross-functional teams defining, identifying, and tracking appropriate product or business metrics, both quantitative/qualitative for products/business ventures.

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
7+ years of experience in product management, business development or technology
Experience with end-to-end product delivery, launch and beyond
Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, thorough understanding of product development and product management.
Industry experience / working knowledge in business process automation.
Sharp analytical and quantitative skills while the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
Strong strategic aptitude: ability to define a winning business strategy and product road map, and execute complex product development cycles
Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in building and launching innovative and user-friendly products
Executive presence to influence teams and leaders at all levels
Experience developing technology solutions in a fast-paced environment
Experience defining technical and business strategy and building a team to deliver. Exceptional leadership skills including building and managing a distributed team.
Ability to analyze, structure, and break down technical and business problems
Ability to build excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Experience working with cross-functional teams.
