  • BA/BS Degree, MBA Preferred.
  • 9+ years Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Logistics experience.
  • 5+ years People Leader experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within the above functional disciplines.
  • Experience in Developing and Maintaining Customer Collaboration.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the Demand Planning team to deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Have ownership of the IBP process.
  • Lead all business planning/demand forecasting initiatives, strategies and customer collaboration activities.
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of managers, planners and business analysts in multiple business locations.
  • Drive alignment with Supply/Sales/Finance.
  • Provide analytical support for both business planning and sales order management/logistics improvement projects working closely with both internal and external support teams.
  • Drive long-range forecast visibility.
  • Champion the review and reporting Customer Scorecards and Dashboards and ensuring internal goals and metrics and support is in alignment to achieve.
  • Participate in interviewing and talent management of team.
