Compensation Overview

Requirements
  • Currently attending a four year university graduating between December 2024 and June 2025
  • Motivated self-starter and able to work in a rapidly growing business
  • Currently pursuing a degree in business, supply chain management, operations management, organizational management, project management, or related field
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and draw meaningful insights from data
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Responsibilities
  • Supporting procurement processes and contributing to organizational change initiatives
  • Improving employee experience and procurement operations
  • Assisting in the implementation of change management strategies
  • Creating a new onboarding campaign and advocating for the best user experience
  • Collaborating with Category Managers on various procurement strategy projects
  • Working on projects with weekly deliverables and receiving one-on-one guidance
  • Working 40 hour work weeks over the next 12 weeks

  • Trustworthy, collaborative, and driven to draw meaningful insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous coursework in procurement or change management is a plus but not required
  • Basic understanding of change management principles and/or procurement processes
