  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in Employee Experience, preferably in a startup environment
  • Must have successfully managed company onboarding in the past
  • Experience developing and delivering training sessions
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • SHRM or PHR certification is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding, offboarding, and key milestones (promotions, anniversaries); measure the success of new onboarding initiatives
  • Partner with talent, IT, facilities, and managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Review policies with new hires and develop engaging training; implement 90-day check-ins for new hires and managers
  • Create tools for managers and new hires, including stretch assignments; ensure teams are prepared for new hires
  • Develop and manage a system to help new hires integrate into the company
  • Conduct check-ins and gather data through surveys and conversations at key points in the onboarding process
  • Improve data collection and tracking for onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions, manage logistics, and ensure new hires feel welcomed and ready to succeed
  • Coach managers on best practices for onboarding, offboarding, and employee development
  • Serve as a main point of contact for employee HR-related questions; escalate as needed
  • Ensure career milestones are acknowledged and celebrated
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
  • Own the onboarding process and lead meaningful exit interviews and collect data on exits to ensure smooth transitions and to help the company utilize data
