Role requires onsite presence at a test center on a vineyard in Geyserville, CA.

- Capture bugs and document reproduction scenarios for the software team to debug
- Execute test plans and regular regression tests
- Support customer trials, collect feedback and resolve any technical issues
- Work with SW engineers to troubleshoot issues and tune new features
