Requirements
  • Experience with agriculture, land maintenance, and heavy machinery.
  • Experience operating software-enabled products. Example would be drone operator using associated software and maintenance procedures.
  • Bachelor degree and 2+ years of experience in a professional and product driven environment

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain test site infrastructure and a fleet of autonomous vehicles
  • Test our full product platform in vineyards and orchards throughout Sonoma county
  • Create datasets on product performance, reliability, and maintenance
  • Identify product issues by operating with a critical eye and knowledge of our systems
  • Capture bugs and document reproduction scenarios for the software team to debug
  • Execute test plans and regular regression tests
  • Support customer trials, collect feedback and resolve any technical issues
  • Work with SW engineers to troubleshoot issues and tune new features
