  • 1+ years of business development management experience
  • 4+ years of individual contributor (IC) experience in technical sales
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service for technical products
  • Proficiency with CRM software, particularly Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Expertise in using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and Outreach
  • Enthusiasm for technology and interest in IoT
Responsibilities
  • Train other members of the BDR team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities
  • Provide coaching and feedback to BDR team members in recurring weekly 1:1s
  • Plan for hiring and onboarding new BDRs
  • Collaborate with Events and Demand Gen teams on field events and targeted ad campaigns
  • Work closely with the Director of Business Development to improve opportunity management processes
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to identify key company accounts
  • Develop effective messaging for outbound communications to assigned accounts
