Treeline Biosciences develops proprietary therapies for cancer and other serious diseases by conducting in-depth R&D across biology, chemistry, protein sciences, and computational science. Its product work involves discovering and optimizing drug candidates, then licensing these therapies to larger pharmaceutical companies or selling them to healthcare providers, with support from CRO collaborations to speed development. The company differentiates itself through a balanced mix of in-house research and external partnerships, a robust IP strategy, and a team that blends experienced biotech veterans with new talent, all backed by funding from KKR to scale operations.
