Responsibilities
  • Lead project execution for anti-cheat initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of security solutions into Blizzard’s gaming ecosystem.
  • Drive planning, organization, and execution of projects, from roadmap milestones to feature delivery, while continuously optimizing anti-cheat solutions to stay ahead of emerging threats.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and security teams to develop, test, and deploy robust anti-cheat systems.
  • Define project goals, manage timelines, and track performance using KPIs, ensuring security standards are met.
  • Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and conduct post-project reviews to improve future initiatives.
  • Act as the bridge between technical teams and leadership, ensuring transparent communication and fostering innovation within anti-cheat solutions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with anti-cheat systems and tools is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with multiplayer or live-service games.
  • Understanding of gaming industry regulations and their impact on security practices.
  • Familiarity with programming languages like C++ or Java.
