Requirements
  • A Nurse Practitioner with current licensure in the state of Ohio is required.
  • Experience in a clinical or bedside hospital setting is required.
  • A professional, warm, confident, and compassionate bedside manner is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to educate patients and collaborate effectively with the medical team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail is required for accurate patient assessments, treatment plans, and documentation.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient examinations, including medical-history review, to evaluate patient needs and determine clinical suitability for aesthetic medical procedures and treatments.
  • Perform aesthetic medical procedures and treatments, including injectables, cosmetic light and energy-based therapies, and procedures involving the skin, face, and body.
  • Document patient encounters, assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly in the electronic medical record.
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including management of acute complaints and follow-up visits, as directed or supervised by physicians or other authorized senior providers.
  • Provide patient education, instructions, and counseling related to aesthetic procedures, outcomes, and aftercare.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities.
  • Assist other providers with their patients and support the practice's daily needs.
  • Maintain a safe, sanitary, and compliant clinical environment in accordance with practice policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Follow infection-control, safety, and quality-assurance policies and protocols.
  • Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and professional regulations.
  • Maintain professional competency through continuing education, relevant literature review, and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Stay current with evidence-based practices and emerging literature in aesthetic medical procedures.
  • Conduct skin-care consultations, recommend retail products, and cross-promote MedSpa services.
  • Maintain clean and organized examination rooms, sanitize equipment, and stock supplies.
  • Oversee inventory tracking and ensure timely orders and appropriate stock levels.
  • Collaborate with staff to plan and execute patient appreciation events, open houses, and other patient-engagement activities.
  • Perform additional duties required to support daily clinic operations and patient-care standards.
  • Promote patient retention through consistent, detailed, and timely follow-up communications and care.
  • Represent the practice with integrity and discretion in patient and community interactions.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience as a nurse injector is strongly preferred.
