Requirements
  • Prior experience working with integrated communications marketing or public relations firms, public affairs agencies, research firms, public policy organizations, political campaigns, or government.
  • Ability to translate high-level strategic plans into actionable projects and objectives and key results with comprehensive timelines, budgets, and reporting.
  • Experience creating robust reporting dashboards or other similar data visualization tools.
  • Strong experience effectively supporting senior clients, including C-suite and similar stakeholders, in high-stakes, fast-moving, complex scenarios.
  • Ability to lead by example while maintaining a positive, open, friendly, and respectful attitude, high ethical standards, and an appropriate professional demeanor.
  • At least 15 years of work experience in the listed areas.
Responsibilities
  • Design, manage, execute, and deliver research and integrated analytics client engagements.
  • Help clients optimize research, analytics, reporting, and intelligence projects.
  • Build and implement strategic measurement frameworks.
  • Contribute to the ideation, development, launch, execution, and monetization of proprietary artificial intelligence-powered intelligence solutions.
  • Cultivate team talent and skills while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Translate key data findings into actionable insights, intelligence, and strategy for clients and account teams.
  • Lead the design of research and integrated analytics methodologies, project scoping, and presentation of findings and recommendations to clients and account teams.
  • Use advanced data platforms, social listening platforms, influencer marketing technology, audience intelligence platforms, and artificial intelligence tools.
  • Synthesize findings into compelling narratives and presentations for senior internal and external audiences.
  • Support high-priority new business and client assignments by defining and pitching insights activities.
  • Track revenue and profitability for the Audience, Intelligence, and Performance team.
  • Partner with growth and capability leaders to craft client solutions.
  • Refine and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Audience, Intelligence, and Performance business.
  • Engage senior client stakeholders as a consultative partner on strategic data and analytics initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities across existing clients and new prospects to introduce Audience, Intelligence, and Performance capabilities.
  • Support requests for proposal responses, develop integrated solutions across departments, and lead pitches.
  • Develop thought leadership and innovative solutions through pitches and client interactions.
  • Assess emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain effective, cutting-edge solutions.
  • Develop and set go-to-market strategies for analytics and artificial intelligence products and services.
  • Drive team performance through leadership, project management, and execution.
  • Conceptualize educational and upskilling opportunities for staff, including training materials, templates, and workshops.
  • Set the team’s business strategy, including revenue tracking, project scoping and pricing, and cross-selling insights products and services.
  • Help define the team’s future vision and shape its strategic direction.
