Requirements
  • Be available to work in person at the Los Angeles office three days a week from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
  • Have strong computer, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Be passionate about digital culture, influencer marketing, and social media.
  • Be tech-savvy and detail-oriented.
  • Be enthusiastic about contributing across agency verticals, with a strong focus on influencer marketing.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor online and print media for client features and mentions.
  • Assist with influencer gifting, sample inventory, and send-outs.
  • Track client coverage and help compile reports.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and influencer movements.
  • Help curate and maintain showrooms, including visual merchandising.
  • Contribute to the creative execution of public-relations campaigns, events, and mailers.
Desired Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with LaunchMetrics, Lefty, or Muck Rack.
