Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least two years of admissions experience.
  • Ability to anticipate applicant needs in alignment with office goals and think critically and creatively about process improvements and application management.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, exercise sound judgment and decision-making, maintain strong attention to detail, and manage multiple priorities while meeting time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience modeling values that support inclusion, belonging, and wellbeing.
  • Commitment to working in an organization that values diversity, equity, inclusion, anti-racism, and wellbeing.
  • Ability to advocate for and effectively support individuals from a broad range of backgrounds, identities, and experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate MBA applications, assessing academic achievement, professional experience, leadership potential, and other admissions criteria.
  • Conduct applicant interviews and provide recommendations to the Admissions Committee to support admissions decisions.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students, providing personalized guidance throughout the admissions process.
  • Engage with prospective students through phone, email, virtual office hours, and admissions events to support recruitment and application conversion.
  • Coordinate admissions and enrollment processes, including applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities for admitted students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Admissions & Scholarship team and campus partners to support a seamless candidate experience.
  • Support admissions events, information sessions, and other recruitment initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate applicant and student records while ensuring compliance with university policies and data privacy requirements.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience using admissions customer relationship management systems and technologies such as Salesforce, PeopleSoft, Hobson's ApplyYourself, Linvio, Sumo, and Image Now systems.
