Requirements
  • A higher-education background in Law, Management, Economics, business school, insurance school, or a specialized master's program.
  • At least one year of successful experience in a Risk Management department, legal department, insurance company, or insurance brokerage.
  • Fluent written and spoken French and English.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency with information systems and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and artificial-intelligence tools.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance, law, and accounting.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Ability to demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, organization, rigor, autonomy, proactivity, responsiveness, creativity, commitment, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the administrative and operational aspects of international insurance programs.
  • Act as a contributor to the Group's risk-prevention policy.
  • Serve as the liaison between subsidiaries, brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor the administrative management of eight international insurance programs.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and dashboards.
  • Administer and optimize the insurance information system.
  • Create content for the intranet community and promote the SharePoint tool among subsidiaries.
  • Help facilitate the Group's risk and insurance network of approximately 60 people.
  • Respond to headquarters and subsidiary requests and questions about insurance programs, insurance matters, and risk prevention.
  • Help create materials addressing risk prevention within the Group.
  • Use various communication channels to distribute risk-prevention materials.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects such as acquisitions and studies of climate risks, including preparing files and coordinating with the relevant parties.
