Appointments are made on a term-by-term basis. Adjunct faculty are required to successfully complete an online Canvas LMS orientation course before being scheduled, as well as other training if required by the department. This is an on-site blended/hybrid course, students attend class in person 60% of the time and complete the remaining 40% online through Park’s Canvas Learning Management System.Local applicants only please.

Minimum Qualifications
PhD in Business Analytics preferred. Masters degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science or Information Systems or other related fields with either experience or course work equivalent to a certification in Business Analytics. Resume must be submitted in ACBSP format.
Course Description
This course will equip students with entry level business analytic skills sets and provide a managerial perspective for making sound business decisions using analytics. The course reviews the necessary steps needed to create an environment for business analytics, providing an overview of the key concepts, applications, processes, and techniques through relevant case studies related to business analytics. Students will learn about the fundamental concepts of the emerging field of business analytics and apply basic business analytic principles.
