Requirements
  • Completion of the twelfth grade or equivalent qualifying education, training, and experience.
  • Three years of experience demonstrating the ability to perform the duties of the position, or three to six years of qualifying training and/or experience equivalency.
  • Ability to work with diverse vulnerable populations.
  • Ability to pass a background investigation, which may include fingerprinting.
  • Ability to work as an essential employee when required.
Responsibilities
  • Work with management to find economical staffing solutions that comply with ONA and Local 88 rules.
  • Independently update Google Drive schedules and track availability and time entries using shared sheets and calendars.
  • Formulate uniform schedules for every facility, prioritize night and daytime rotations, and organize relief for anticipated and emergency leave.
  • Review Workday entries for accuracy and pay consistency.
  • Provide staff resources, resolve discrepancies, and assist supervisors with scheduling errors.
  • Transcribe provider medical orders in Epic and ensure accurate clinical data entry.
  • Manage ESWIS patient follow-up protocols, including scheduling labs, updating Sapphire, and arranging appointments and specialty visits.
  • Process billing for Corrections Health inmate services and health information and special-record release requests.
  • Provide referral support and maintain the integrity of inmate health documentation.
  • Assist leadership with administrative tasks.
  • Manage records for discovery and public requests.
  • Evaluate operations to improve service delivery.
  • Order supplies through Multco Marketplace with management approval.
  • Maintain consistent stock levels for clinical needs.
  • Verify delivery accuracy against orders.
  • Coordinate special requests and support finance with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in jail health administration.
  • Previous medical clinic experience.
  • Experience organizing complex schedules.
  • Project coordination skills.
  • Training or experience working in EPIC or with electronic health record systems.
  • Experience managing multiple phone lines.
