Meet Your Future Neighbors
The Neighborhood Vitality pillar focuses on providing an active and welcoming platform for neighbors who want to invest in their communities. We currently focus on fostering a sense of belonging within neighborhoods, building specialized role-based tools for organizing the community and building tools to verify the authenticity of the neighbors and organizations on the platform. In addition, we invest in trust and vitality through content moderation, member verification, and trust and safety systems.
The Vitality team’s mission is to help neighbors have kind conversations with one another to encourage active participation by neighbors. The team owns the content reporting flows, community moderation system, neighbor & org verification, and all our content classifiers to understand the tone and purpose of conversations on the platform.
