Requirements
  • Clinical education (Master's level or higher) in counseling, psychology, social work, public health, nursing, or related field required; licensure and 5+ years of practice strongly preferred
  • 8+ years of services team ownership and management experience; experience overseeing clinical teams strongly preferred
  • Experience managing as a VP or comparable span of ownership
  • Proven track record of team and people leadership development
  • Strong executive presence and aptitude to represent Care Services and clinical delivery teams effectively to C-suite stakeholders
  • Demonstrated commitment to cultivating an environment of safety, trust, and inclusion and building diverse, thriving teams
  • Orientation toward collective vs. singular success

  • Flexible work arrangements: 60% of Spring Health team members work fully remote while 40% work in a hybrid model from our New York City offices
