Requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience in financial services, strategy and/or management consulting with expertise in Wealth Management and/or Deposit Business.
  • BA/BS required, MBA preferred.
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity, deliver insight through rigorous analysis, and synthesize recommendations into fact-based and practical solutions executed with urgency.
  • Results-oriented: takes pride delivering practical, executable strategies that drive long-term shareholder value by prioritizing tangible impact over theoretical possibilities.
  • Ability to envision an enhanced future state, communicate a clear strategic direction, and motivate and inspire others to achieve it.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build credible and trusting relationships across Wealth to ensure alignment and buy-in across the organization.
  • Self-motivated, highly adaptive and able to work well in a demanding environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead a global Wealth Deposit pricing strategy development and opportunity identification.
  • Monitor external market and competitive trends proactively and drive thought leadership.
  • Structure, manage, and lead teams through the strategy cycle by assembling the fact base, executing rigorous analysis, developing actionable recommendations, and ensuring results.
  • Manage key relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including bankers, Treasury, product specialists, and sales teams.
  • Deliver tangible value and measurable P&L impact.
  • Drive the annual planning process and preparation of strategies around different rate cycles.
  • Lead and/or assist with initiatives and special projects critical to the direction of the Wealth Deposit Business.
  • Maintain a strong controls environment.
