  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in basic technology tools, including scheduling software, email, and mobile applications.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of multiple household spaces, ensuring each is organized and well-maintained.
  • Arrange and supervise necessary home maintenance, repairs, and professional cleaning services.
  • Conduct regular inventories of household supplies and handle restocking.
  • Schedule and manage healthcare appointments, including regular follow-ups and reminders.
  • Coordinate with personal trainers, therapists, and wellness coaches when applicable.
  • Oversee scheduling, tasks, and payroll for household staff such as cleaners, gardeners, and maintenance personnel.
  • Act as the main point of contact for household staff to ensure clear communication and smooth workflow.
  • Assist with setting up and troubleshooting smart home devices, Wi-Fi networks, entertainment systems, and security systems.
  • Coordinate with technology support as needed to maintain household devices and systems.
  • Schedule regular maintenance and cleanings for personal or household vehicles.
  • Track vehicle registration renewals, insurance, and repairs.
  • Coordinate pet care routines, including feeding, grooming, walking, and veterinary appointments.
  • Manage pet travel arrangements and pet-sitting services when the partner is away.
  • Coordinate with security personnel or systems providers to maintain functional household security systems.
  • Keep emergency contacts updated and accessible and assist with emergency preparedness plans.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver meals according to the partner's dietary preferences.
  • Keep kitchens and dining areas clean and organized after meal preparation.
  • Coordinate grocery shopping and manage pantry organization.
  • Complete personal errands, including dry cleaning, shopping, and banking.
  • Manage purchases and returns as requested.
  • Maintain detailed expense reports and receipts for reimbursements and budgeting.
  • Plan, organize, and execute personal events and gatherings, including venue, catering, and invitation coordination.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including setup and breakdown.
  • Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and follow-ups.
  • Manage gift selection, purchasing, wrapping, and delivery.
  • Organize holiday decorations, preparation, and cleanup.
  • Coordinate personal appointments, travel plans, reservations, and other engagements.
  • Maintain the partner's schedule, prevent conflicts, and provide reminders.
  • Organize personal travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Prepare travel documents and ensure necessary items are packed for trips.
  • Track and manage household inventory and identify items needing restocking or replacement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers and negotiate high-quality services.
  • Organize files, sort mail, and complete special projects requested by the partner.
  • Act as a liaison with family members, staff, and associates.
  • Handle last-minute requests and troubleshoot unexpected issues under pressure.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact during emergencies and coordinate prompt solutions.
  • Prepare, review, and organize contracts, legal paperwork, and personal correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality.
