  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience leading the design, development, and launch of a LEO constellation
  • Deep knowledge of satellite subsystems
  • Skilled at managing trades between subsystem groups
  • Extensive experience with satellite systems and missions
  • Understanding of spacecraft design, manufacture, assembly, integration, test, and operation
  • Expertise in communications systems theory and analysis
  • Experience in communications systems, including 3GPP
  • Experience leading software development teams in communications systems
