Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field with a strong financial background
  • 3-5 years industry experience; previous experience on an Investment Communications, Client Reporting, or RFP role at an asset management firm preferred
  • Experience with strategies across multiple asset classes including Equities, Fixed Income and Alternatives
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required
  • Knowledge of Seismic preferred
  • Experience with Workfront and/or Monday.com a plus
Responsibilities
  • Oversee Fixed Income Marketing Materials
  • Serve as the primary liaison for investment teams regarding their strategy-specific marketing materials
  • Manage a high volume of marketing materials, demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and updating as required by the firm
  • Coordinate the compliance review of materials
  • Communicate changes within the covered sub-asset class to the relevant teams
  • Ensure alignment between product webpages and pitchbooks
  • Understanding of the financial data and narratives within marketing materials
  • Cultivate and manage valuable relationships with internal teams: Investment Teams, Client Reporting, Compliance, Marketing, and Client Coverage
  • Coordinate content updates with team members across different time zones
  • Develop a deep understanding of the firm's product offerings and investment capabilities across multiple regions
  • Create content for existing investment strategies
