Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with agile scrum methodologies, of which 3+ years are in a Product Manager or Product Owner role
  • Core understanding of the system development life cycle for custom built software
  • Experience with cyber security tools, terminology, process and industry needs
  • Experience working with product roadmaps, prioritization, sprints, stand-ups
  • Experience writing user stories
  • Flexible and open to change and new information
Responsibilities
  • Be a key member of the Product Team, and create the right digital experiences to delight our users (Policyholders, internal users)
  • Groom and prioritize backlog; develop user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Execute cyber security product roadmaps through technology platform solutions within the Cowbell ecosystem
  • Collaborate with our design team to create and validate solutions for the customer’s requirements
  • Gather requirements and feedback through frequent process observation, surveys, analysis, research and testing
  • Be a department liaison for business divisions; performing the role of the primary communicator and link between user stakeholders and engineering teams
  • Coordinate User Acceptance testing and manage inner-departmental dependencies surrounding project release tasks
