Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or minimum 3-5 years of relevant sales experience
  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • Minimum of Years Sales Experience
  • Proven record of success in an outbound customer support environment preferred
  • Salon Industry Experience Preferred
  • Proficient in all MS systems including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams
  • Strong Data Entry Skills, knowledge of SAP software level 4.6 or similar platform preferred
Responsibilities
  • Grow account revenues within assigned geographic territory by building strong relationships with customers
  • Work to implement sell-in and sell-through strategies customized for each assigned account in collaboration with your field team counterparts
  • Manage a systematic outbound communication rotation (call cycle) with all assigned accounts to communicate initiatives, marketing and education programs
  • Allocate time for customer outreach to new prospective salon partners to gain interest in the brand and grow account base
  • Manage daily order processing while providing best in class support
