Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a comprehensive cash customer experience and promotions strategy that drives cash conversion and profitability, partnering cross-functionally to design and implement changes.
  • Lead the development of promotion and discounting strategy and reporting in collaboration with digital, marketing, product, sales and analytics teams.
  • Collaborate with internal partners such as Digital, CX, Marketing and Operations to enhance the end-to-end Cash consumer experience across all channels.
  • Conduct analysis and present business cases and strategy recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders leveraging data and storytelling to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Manage reporting on channel performance, regularly evaluating the profitability and effectiveness of promotional offers and discount offers.
  • Lead and mentor a small team, fostering curiosity, collaboration and professional growth.
  • Establishes clear expectations, reviews performance and supports development.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications
  • Master's Degree MBA Preferred
  • Tableau or PowerBI proficiency (listed as 1-3 years)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint; Tableau Preferred
  • Familiarity with promotional tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Understanding of financial principles, including profit margins, cost structures, and revenue management, with proven ability to drive financial outcomes.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, evaluate full impact to a P&L, make informed price and promotional decisions, influence stakeholders and drive execution.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in business case development and performance evaluation.
  • Curiosity to evaluate market trends, competitive offerings, and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to lead and develop a team, providing ongoing guidance and support and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy in modeling and organizational skills

From the Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony on Friday, December 5, to the 18th Annual Holiday Classic presented by Safelite at LTP Daniel Island, there's something for everyone to enjoy this December. Families can kick off the festivities at the Tree Lighting Ceremony, a free event filled with holiday magic. Gates open at 6 p.m., with the official lighting at 7 p.m. The evening features live holiday music by Shane Griffin Entertainment, a snow show, and the chance to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus. Guests can enjoy face painting, caricature art, fairy hair, cookie decorating, holiday cocktails, and hot chocolate, the perfect ingredients for a night of family fun under the twinkling lights. Adding to the holiday spirit, the Delancey Street Foundation will once again be selling fresh Christmas trees in the stadium parking area. Each purchase supports the organization's mission to provide meaningful work and training opportunities for individuals rebuilding their lives through community-based programs.
