Requirements
  • 2 years customer service experience required

Responsibilities

  • Solve problems and provide consultation as it pertains to benefit plans
  • Collaborate with external vendors to ensure the smooth implementation and management of benefit programs
  • Handle confidential information with care and discretion
Desired Qualifications
  • 3-4 years benefits administration experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of carrier enrollment systems a plus
