Requirements
- At least 15 years of professional engineering experience.
- Required experience in gas turbine design.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Experience as a Design Lead, Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, or Project Lead.
- Experience owning complex engineering or product-development projects.
- Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with product testing, validation, manufacturing, or production.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, technical, and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Own complex engineering and product-development projects.
- Lead gas turbine design and development activities.
- Solve complex design, manufacturing, and operational problems.
- Drive product testing, validation, and manufacturing readiness.
- Develop engineering standards, processes, and best practices.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineering teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, testing, operations, and external partners.
