Requirements
  • 3–5+ years in a product management or similar role, with direct experience in ecommerce and digital platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage continuous delivery environments, with a focus on maintenance and enhancements rather than large-scale builds.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (CommerceTools, BigCommerce, Shopify Plus, or similar) and related systems (CMS, loyalty, identity, personalization tools).
  • Excellent requirements gathering, backlog management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multi-client contexts with shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency with Jira/Confluence, Google Suite, and Miro; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary product contact for your client portfolio, building trusted relationships and understanding each client’s ecommerce operations.
  • Advise clients on how to best use their Managed Services retainer for maximum impact, balancing fixes, enhancements, and optimizations.
  • Provide recommendations on prioritization based on business value, urgency, and technical feasibility.
  • Share insights on ecommerce best practices, performance improvements, and quick-win opportunities.
  • Gather, clarify, and document requirements for bug fixes, maintenance tasks, and small-to-medium enhancements.
  • Translate requests into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and definitions of done.
  • Prioritize backlogs in collaboration with the client, factoring in dependencies, resource availability, and release schedules.
  • Quickly assess incoming issues to determine severity, impact, and resolution path.
  • Partner with Project Managers to ensure work is scoped accurately, scheduled effectively, and tracked to completion.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies — backlog refinement, planning, and sprint reviews — ensuring the team has clarity on priorities and requirements.
  • Validate completed work against acceptance criteria before release.
  • Ensure stakeholders are informed about release contents, fixes, and enhancements.

  • Professional certifications such as CSPO or similar.
