Requirements
  • 3 years sales experience highly preferred with proven track record of high-volume output exceeding auto and home goal attainment required
  • Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses
  • High School Diploma required
  • Advanced organization and time management skills required
  • Possess a competitive sales drive
  • Have computer experience and good organization skill
  • Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen
  • Goal oriented and self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
Responsibilities
  • Sell non-standard Property and Casualty insurance when members do not qualify for insurance with AAA
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and various lead generation strategies
  • Assist clients with the application process, ensuring all documentation is completed and accurate
  • Track and report on sales activities and results
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with carriers’ regulations and company policies
  • Multi-task; cross sell and accurately quote insurance rates and work with different carriers
  • Work some evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Manage a large sales volume and pipeline of prospects
  • Handle referrals via in-bound and out-bound phone activity; follow up on referrals from all member-facing sales and service units
