Requirements
  • 15+ years experience with 10+ relevant experience in GTM Operations supporting a mid-to-large scale, global GTM organization
  • Demonstrated ability to drive a strong and efficient operating rhythm and governance
  • Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data, and translate the results into actionable insights, deliverables, messages, and proposals
  • Strong strategic storytelling with a track record of creating impactful presentation and memos for senior leaders
  • Proven success leading and managing headcount including territories and quota
  • Proven experience leading demand and revenue program initiatives (e.g. Demand Generation, Sales Development etc.)
  • Experience developing and implementing metrics to effectively measure and monitor GTM performance and productivity improvements
  • Deep experience in prioritization of deliverable and tasks
  • Strong problem solving and collaboration skills, a motivated self-starter who is proactive and action-oriented
  • Sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results

Responsibilities
  • Drive the overall GTM rhythm of the business, ensuring an effective, efficient and calm cadence that delivers strong governance
  • Manage and facilitate GTM business reviews, ensuring a strong action orientation driven by foresight and insight that is holistic across the full User Journey and GTM funnel
  • Set and track GTM Stripe Objectives & Key Results ('SOKRs')
  • Drive the rhythm for the Office of the Chief Revenue Officer
  • Drive headcount governance, ensuring governance on all headcount investments including cost
  • Support the Chief Revenue Officer in preparing upwards reviews and reporting (e.g. Board updates, updates to the Stripe Leadership Team etc.)
  • Program manage Stripe's Demand Council: align our demand plan, programs, measurement & attribution across Marketing, Sales & our Partner organizations
  • Operate as 'Chief of Staff' for GTM Ops - running processes such as prioritization, snippets, team comms, GTM Ops offsites, etc
