  • Current certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire required.

Responsibilities
  • Maintains superior levels of customer service to golf course patrons.
  • Fully knowledgeable of all opening and closing procedures of Outside Services.
  • Familiar with all aspects of tournament set up and tear down.
  • Maintains a professional grooming and uniform standard.
  • Stays up to date and current on all upcoming golf course events.
  • Brings golf carts to and from the cart barns to the cart staging areas daily, ensuring the carts are safe and ready for use.
  • Assists in the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility.
  • Picks range balls up on the driving range, washes them, and deposits them in the range ball dispenser.
  • Works with pro shop staff to ensure pace of play on the golf course is being maintained at all times.
  • Monitoring turn times to identifying slow play issues.
  • Maintains an open line of communication to the professional staff.
  • Gives assistance to pro shop staff when necessary.
  • Operates a golf cart to pick the driving range.
  • Participates in regular team meetings to ensure consistency is maintained throughout recreation facilities.
  • Follows and assists in the enforcement of risk management and emergency response training.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience and knowledge of golf course operations.
  • Spanish/English bilingual skills.
  • At least one year of golf course experience.
