Job Summary

Location - Bhiwadi, Jaipur

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager of impeccable integrity to oversee maintenance operations across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure proper maintenance including security and cleanliness, and promote community engagement while addressing residents' complaints and ensuring adherence to community rules.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance Oversight: Supervise all maintenance activities, ensuring efficient repairs and upkeep of site assets across projects.
• Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve maintenance issues, coordinating with staff, residents and other stake holders as needed.
• Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Security , Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure safety and cleanliness in common areas and residential units through regular inspections and coordination with cleaning staff.
• Resident Relations: Address residents' complaints promptly, ensuring adherence to community rules and fostering a positive living environment.
• Community Engagement: Organize events and initiatives that encourage resident participation and build a sense of community.
• Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing the maintenance budget effectively.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the maintenance team, providing training and support.

Qualifications

• Armed Forces background would be preferred or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and maintenance best practices.
